1. Listing Registration and Agreement

To list your used table tennis equipment, please fill out the Pre-Loved Listing Registration Form with as much detail as possible.

By submitting the form, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the $10 non-refundable advertisement fee.
2. Condition Assessment and Response

Condition Assessment: After reviewing your submission, we will assess and approve the condition of your equipment.

Response Timing: We will contact you as soon as possible after your form is submitted, regardless of whether your request is approved or rejected.

Request Rejection: If your request is rejected, we will refund the $10 advertisement fee.
3. Shipping Instructions and Costs

Shipping Instruction: If your request is approved, we will provide our postal address via email. Please pack your item securely with bubble wrap to prevent damage. You are responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to our address.
4. Advertisement Fee

Fee: A non-refundable $10 advertisement fee is required to list your equipment on our website. This fee will be charged at the time of submitting the listing registration form.

Coverage: The fee covers posting your listing on our website, including taking photos, detailing the listing, performing a final check, and handling all subsequent tasks, such as shipping the item to the buyer.

No Guarantee: The advertisement fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee a sale.
5. Listing Details and Processing Time

Posting Timeframe: Your item will be posted on our website within 2 business days of receipt.

Storage Duration: Your item will be stored in our facility for up to 12 months.

Return Policy for Unsold Items: If your item does not sell within 12 months or if you decide not to proceed with the sale at any time, we will return it to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
6. Buyer Responsibilities and Payment

Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers will be responsible for all insurance and shipping costs if they purchase your item.

Payment Transfer: The total amount paid by the buyer will be sent to you as soon as we receive the payment. You will need to provide us with your payment details to facilitate this transfer once your listing request is approved.

Fees: There are no additional commissions or hidden fees. The full sale amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
